What's an AI credit?

Just a unit of AI use. One chat reply is 1 credit, a text is 40, a voice minute is 150. Every plan includes a monthly bundle, and we always show you what that means in plain terms.

What if I run out of credits?

Top up any time ($25, $50, $100), or set an auto-recharge. Set a monthly cap and at the cap Warmbell eases back rather than going dark, so you're never surprised by a bill.

Does the AI answering my phone cost extra?

The voice receptionist is on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Voice minutes use credits (150 per minute), the same wallet as everything else. Chat, WhatsApp and web answering are on every plan.

Is GST included?

Prices are shown ex-GST. We add 15% GST at checkout, like any NZ business.

Can I add my team?

Yes — extra seats are $24 each per month on any plan, and all seats share one credit pool, so an extra login doesn't cost you usage.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days, no card. The trial is the full platform: booking, portal, payments and more. The AI features (chat, WhatsApp and the voice receptionist) switch on when you pick a plan, because the AI runs on the credit wallet. At the end of the trial you pick a plan to keep going.
